With over 30 years of experience in this industry, we are uniquely qualified to handle any log or heavy timber project you may have. We partner with many terrific suppliers, subcontractors and artists to help ensure your project turns out great.
Mountain Log Homes is owned and operated by Kevin Moehnke, a log crafter for over 30 years with hundreds of projects completed. We are more than just “log home” guys – most of the log builders are journeyman carpenters with a broad range of construction expertise. This diversity enables us to consider many variables throughout the design and construction process. Kevin runs the log yard and oversees every log that is shipped out; making sure your project is everything you would expect from a quality log home company. Our log yard is set up specifically to build log shells and their components, and we have a 50 foot sawmill capable of milling logs up to 28 inches in diameter.
